First, you need to click on the sign-up and then follow the 3 easy steps guide to create your account on the BSNL Selfcare portal check the steps given below.
Sign-up with OTP
When you click on the Sign-up button you will see one form enter the details and click on the Next button
Verify your OTP
You will get an OTP to the mobile number you entered, verify your OTP, and click on the Next button again.
